And let us consider how to stir up one another to love and do good works, not neglecting to meet together, as is the habit of some, but encouraging one another, and all the more as you see the Day drawing near. Hebrews 10:24-25
We were all designed with a desperate need for community in our hearts. When we look at the book of Genesis in the Bible, we see how God spoke about Adam’s need for a helper, someone to walk alongside him and help him. If we all took a minute to evaluate our lives, we would see that we can’t do it all on our own and that we need help. Connect Groups are not a replacement for a relationship with God, but they are there to help each of us grow to be more like Jesus. Connect Groups consist of 8-12 people who meet weekly to do life together. These groups are designed to cultivate Christ-centered friendships that encourage, challenge, and focus our lives towards a growing relationship with Jesus.
