The heartbeat of any church is how we serve each other

Saturday Morning Prayer - Time to connect with God
For centuries the prayer meeting has been a central part of church life, an indispensable part of the weekly program. Yet today few churches have a prayer meeting. What was once a major emphasis of church activity has either been relegated to the sidelines and ignored by most members, or it has been disposed of altogether. Furthermore many prayer meetings today involve little prayer. Even in meetings set aside for prayer, other activities typically crowd in and leave little time for adoration, confession, intercession and thanksgiving to the Lord. A hunger for God's Word and a desire to pray are some of the first evidences of the new birth. The more of God's Word we study the more we should be driven to pray.
After they prayed, the place where they were meeting was shaken and they were all filled with the Holy Spirit and spoke the Word of God boldly.
Acts 4:31 - NASB

Felix Fanti School Of Theology - Lets Go Deeper
At Firehouse Church, we are about building solid believers who not only understand their faith but can explain it. It's our heart's desire that you develop a spiritual backbone based on a life of walking with Christ and understanding biblical truth. Christian apologetics has been around for centuries and we will continue in this discipline by presenting fact-based, historical, philosophical and scientific evidence so our people have a defense for the beliefs that we build our lives around.
Study to show thyself approved unto God, a workman that needeth not to be ashamed, rightly dividing the word of truth.
2 Timothy 2:15 - KJV

Firehouse Nursery & Toddlers - 6 Months - 3 Years
Our Nursery/Toddler Ministry's #1 priority is to keep our littlest church members safe while Dad & Mom are experiencing the power of God in our main services. However we don't stop there. We are always striving to provide your children a place of wonder and discovery as they learn biblical truths (as much as their little brains will comprehend anyway). We help them to become more socially interactive, while also understanding not every child is a social butterfly right out of the gate. Our goal for each service is to create an environment that is both educational and entertaining, capturing your child's imagination, intriguing them, and setting them on a course of discovery.
Whoever causes one of these little ones who believe to stumble, it would be better for him if, with a heavy millstone hung around his neck, he had been cast into the sea.
Mark 9:42 - NASB

Firehouse Kids - Kids Say the craziest things
Nine-year-old Joey was asked by his mother what he had learned in Sunday School. 'Well, Mom, our teacher told us how God sent Moses behind enemy lines on a rescue mission to lead the Israelites out of Egypt. When he got to the Red Sea , he had his army build a pontoon bridge and all the people walked across safely. Then, he radioed headquarters for reinforcements. They sent bombers to blow up the bridge and all the Israelites were saved.' 'Now, Joey, is that really what your teacher taught you?' his mother asked. 'Well, no, Mom. But, if I told it the way the teacher did, you'd never believe it!'
Train up a child in the way he should go: and when he is old, he will not depart from it.
Proverbs 22:12 - NASB

Man 2 Man - Where Men Can Be Men
Our mission is to call men into authentic manhood on their journey of becoming like Jesus; men who reject passivity, accept responsibility, lead courageously, and expect the greater reward: God’s reward. Man 2 Man is dedicated to helping the local church reach more men and boys. Our focus is not male dominance but rather a male resurgence within the church. We must have a strong vision that is:

  • RELATIONAL – one life impacting another (Matt. 4:19)
  • TRANSFORMATIONAL – comprehensive life change (Rom. 12:2)
  • MISSIONAL – Great Commission is not optional (Matt. 28:19-20)
  • GENERATIONAL – every man is a spiritual parent (2 Timothy 2:2)
Come and be a part of Man 2 Man!
Blessed be the LORD my strength, which teacheth my hands to war, and my fingers to fight.
Psalm 144:1 - NASB

Unveiled - Allow God to unveil to the world, the woman you were created to be!
Our women's ministry at Firehouse church provides Christ-centered spiritual growth and encouragement for all women in our shared journey of faith. Regardless of the particular season a woman may be going through, our heart is that she would see her own inherent worth in the midst of it. Because until a woman sees her value with her own eyes she won't see her life as having any value for anyone else.

Our hope is for every woman to be a part of our ministry and find a place of love and acceptance that will result in deeper friendships. We seek to build relationships, encourage, and support one another to talk, laugh, cry, process, and journey through life together. Come and join us and see for yourself.
But we all with unveiled faces, beholding as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are being transformed into the same image from glory to glory, just as by the Spirit of the Lord.
2 Corinthians 3:18 - NASB

Divine Marriage - We prioritize that which we hold most dear
Marriage has turned into a one-day event rather than a lifelong commitment. If there is anything on the Devil's target list today, it is marriage and it has indeed had it's share of bad press! It is as if marriage is a conversational football, used to kick across the television talk show platforms by people who can really care less about it. Marriage today is under fire.

At Firehouse we not only Value marriage, we regularly offer opportunities to honor, nurture and support it as one of the most foundational and crucial relationships in all of mankind. We celebrate it with a wide variety of activities, seminars and retreats designed to enhance each and every marriage regardless of where the marriage is currently.
"So they are no longer two, but one flesh. Therefore, what God has joined together, no person is to separate."
Matthew 19:6 - NASB

As iron sharpens iron, so a friend sharpens a friend.
Proverbs 27:17 - NASB

Connect Groups - A place to relax, enjooy the word and build friendship
We were all designed with a desperate need for community in our hearts. When we look at the book of Genesis in the Bible, we see how God spoke about Adam’s need for a helper, someone to walk alongside him and help him. If we all took a minute to evaluate our lives, we would see that we can’t do it all on our own and that we need help. Connect Groups are not a replacement for a relationship with God, but they are there to help each of us grow to be more like Jesus. Connect Groups consist of 8-12 people who meet weekly to do life together. These groups are designed to cultivate Christ-centered friendships that encourage, challenge, and focus our lives towards a growing relationship with Jesus.
Day by day continuing with one mind in the temple, and breaking bread from house to house, they were taking their meals together with gladness and sincerity of heart,
Acts 2:46 - NASB

The AV Team - providing tech where tech is needed
The purpose of our AV(Audio Visual) Team is to carry the Gospel of Jesus Christ to our visually-driven, ever-changing world through the use of technology and media. Our Audio, Video, Camera & Graphics team provide powerful aid to the message and worship shared in our various services, and ministry events. Team members not only provide the support required for our Wednesday & Sunday services, but also support Firehouse Church's outreach activities. Things like community meetings, fundraisers, conferences, weddings, funeral services etc. Video operators are not professional engineers, but volunteers who want to spread the Gospel, and to help their fellow worshipers to experience a closer relationship with the Lord. A nicely cushioned seat in the A/V booth is always available for more members! Contact our staff A/V Techs, Zach Knudtson or Jackie Osegura.
How then are they to call on Him in whom they have not believed? How are they to believe in Him whom they have not heard? And how are they to hear without a preacher? But how are they to preach unless they are sent? Just as it is written: “How beautiful are the feet of those who bring good news of good things!”
Romans 10:14-15 - NASB

Firehouse Greeters - Greeters are Jesus' Ambassadors
Greeters stand at the church door and in the sanctuary, welcoming people into the house of God. Greeting is more than a job, it's a privilege. We're there to make everyone feel important whether they are members or guests in our church. Greeting with a smile or handshake helps set the tone of the service.
God has given each of you a gift from his great variety of spiritual gifts. Use them well to serve one another.
